About the Role
As a Beauty Advisor within CHANEL's Fragrance & Beauty Boutique, you will be integral to delivering exceptional customer experiences in makeup, fragrances, and skincare. Supporting the sales team, your goal is to cultivate a loyal clientele through unique and memorable service that reflects the brand's reputation.
Role Responsibilities
- Embody CHANEL’s core values and heritage by skillfully sharing brand knowledge with clients and team members.
- Create compelling brand narratives that intertwine client stories with CHANEL’s culture.
- Stay informed of current beauty trends and actively engage in self-development.
- Represent the brand consistently by adhering to grooming and presentation standards.
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service following CHANEL’s rituals to exceed client expectations.
- Warmly welcome customers to foster strong relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
- Promote cross-selling across all product categories within the boutique.
- Manage client feedback and requests promptly and professionally according to company guidelines.
- Build and maintain a personal client database, focusing on effective clienteling with managerial collaboration.
- Participate actively in beauty-related events and workshops designed for clients.
- Maintain boutique appearance aligned with Visual Merchandising standards.
- Contribute to boutique operations by providing relevant reports and supporting the Manager.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and key performance indicators.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor within a luxury or high-end retail environment.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or Russian language skills are advantageous.
- Strong passion for makeup and overall beauty with a keen focus on exceptional client experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, coupled with a proactive and culturally sensitive approach.
