About the Role

As a barista, you will contribute to delivering exceptional Starbucks experiences for every customer who walks through the door, through handcrafted beverages and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently prepare and serve beverages, whole bean coffees, and food items to standards of recipe and presentation.
• Participate in daily store operations, including opening or closing routines, managing cash, and ensuring safety and security procedures are followed.
• Work collaboratively with your teammates during busy periods to maintain a smooth workflow in the store.
• Anticipate customer and store needs by becoming familiar with the local environment and regular clientele.
• Uphold legendary service by always prioritizing customers, creating sincere interactions, and fostering genuine relationships.
• Keep all work areas organized, neat, and hygienic for both patrons and colleagues.

Working Hours & Other Information

Work schedules may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends, depending on store operating hours and needs. The role is dynamic, ensuring every day brings something new. You do not need previous barista experience, simply a passion for uplifting customers’ experiences.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment journey involves application review, a phone interview, right-to-work verification, an in-store interview and trial experience, followed by a job offer and onboarding process.
