Candidate Requirements
- Possess 1 to 2 years of experience working as a Barista.
- Solid basic knowledge of barista skills.
- Proficient in latte art techniques.
- Fluency in written English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Customer-focused mindset dedicated to satisfaction.
- Experience working with specialty coffee.
