About the Role

Food Volly is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Barista to become a key part of their team in Nagpur, Maharashtra. This role involves crafting and serving excellent coffee alongside a variety of other beverages, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages following company guidelines for quality and presentation.
• Welcome customers warmly, accurately take their orders, and handle payment transactions efficiently.
• Provide recommendations on menu selections and respond to customer inquiries.
• Ensure all served food and drink items are presented attractively and professionally.
• Keep the coffee preparation area, dining spaces, and equipment tidy and hygienic at all times.
• Replenish inventory such as ingredients, supplies, and merchandise when needed.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.
• Skillfully operate coffee machinery, grinders, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Participate in opening and closing routines as required to support daily operations.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain smooth workflow throughout the day.

Additional Information

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 18000 and 22000 INR. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. The role does not specify openings or educational prerequisites but expects a candidate who is capable of providing friendly and competent service.
