Barista

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Baristas to join our team at Dôme Cafe Group. Our focus is on crafting exceptional coffee and providing outstanding customer experiences, supported by comprehensive training to help you excel in your role.

Key Duties

• Prepare premium hot and cold beverages with care and precision.
• Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Deliver friendly, prompt, and efficient service while taking customer orders.
• Keep the café environment clean, inviting, and well-organized.
• Collaborate closely with the Front of House staff to create memorable guest experiences.

Candidate Profile

• Genuine enthusiasm for coffee and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.
• Positive demeanor and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Strong focus on detail and maintaining consistency in all tasks.
• Ability to perform effectively within a team setting.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Prior barista or café experience is advantageous but not mandatory; full training will be provided.
• Availability to work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday between 5:00am and 9:00pm.
