Key Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Inform customers about daily specials and menu items.
- Handle order taking and payment transactions efficiently.
- Prepare a variety of food items including sandwiches and baked goods.
- Grind and blend coffee beans, brew both coffee and tea.
- Serve beverages and food items to customers.
- Package food and drink items appropriately for sale or takeaway.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Prior experience in food and beverage preparation is necessary.
- Strong listening skills combined with excellent communication abilities.
- Willingness and availability to work during busy periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
