Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and practiced bread baker to become part of our team based in Ilasamaja, Lagos. This full-time role offers a monthly salary of ₦120,000 along with accommodation provided to support your stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, proof, and bake a variety of breads to perfection.
• Maintain uniform quality, flavor, and visual appeal across all bread products.
• Adhere strictly to cleanliness and food safety protocols within the baking environment.
• Track ingredient inventory closely to reduce waste effectively.
• Ensure that all baking tools and machinery are kept clean and fully operational.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in baking bread professionally.
• Solid understanding of various bread-making processes and techniques.
• Capability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic work setting.
• Keen attention to detail ensuring high standards of quality.
• Experience making assorted types of bread such as banana bread, coconut bread, chocolate bread, and other specialty varieties.
