Job Overview
Immediate openings for candidates to join as Back Office Executives in Bankura. This position involves managing and supporting computer operations within a bank setting.
Compensation and Work Schedule
Monthly salary ranges from 10,000 to 12,000 INR. The workday consists of an 8-hour shift with Sundays off.
Location
The role is based in Bankura Town, West Bengal.
Educational Requirements
Applicants must have completed at least Higher Secondary education; graduates and higher qualifications are also eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, servers, and networks.
- Maintain and update daily information related to system operations.
- Manage and update the customer database regularly.
- Log and document customer complaints on a daily basis.
- Adhere to and enforce security measures to protect systems and data integrity.
