About the Role
We seek an energetic and detail-focused B2B Delivery Manager to oversee the onboarding process of new commercial clients and ensure their integration into live operations runs smoothly. This position bridges Sales, Account Management, and Operations, with responsibility for coordinating the smooth execution of every new B2B customer's initial orders without disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the onboarding cycle for new B2B accounts, progressing from sales handover to successful go-live.
- Serve as the main contact between new B2B customers and internal Operations teams during onboarding, maintaining clear communication and quick problem resolution.
- Collaborate with Operations and Logistics/Fleet teams to verify capacity, route planning, and driver assignments are prepared before a client's first shipments.
- Develop and sustain onboarding guides and checklists customized by client type, volume, and market requirements.
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks ahead of launch to prevent client issues.
- Track performance during early order phases and manage real-time issue resolution.
- Coordinate timelines and readiness across Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Logistics/Fleet departments.
- Organize formal post-onboarding evaluations with clients and stakeholders to confirm satisfaction before transferring account management.
- Maintain detailed documentation and reporting on onboarding activities and go-live results.
- Work with Product teams to communicate onboarding insights and client feedback to influence improvements in processes and the B2B service model.
- Act as a professional ambassador of the brand to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience throughout onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- At least 2-3 years' experience in delivery or onboarding management, operations, or client-facing roles, preferably in logistics, on-demand services, or platform businesses.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the capability to handle multiple onboarding projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at liaising between Sales, Operations, and clients.
- Proven competence in stakeholder management including influencing Product teams for improvements.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and comfort working with performance data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot is advantageous.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach, able to maintain calm and effectiveness under pressure.
