Auto Care Center Technician

Job overview

This role is part of Walmart’s Auto Care Center and centers on helping customers maintain their vehicles while they shop. It offers a fast-paced environment with room to build technical knowledge, receive additional associate training, and use technology in day-to-day work.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $17 to $30. The base rate will meet or exceed the local minimum wage required for the work location. In addition to hourly pay, the role may include annual or quarterly performance incentives. Depending on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work being performed, extra premium pay may also apply, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. More than one premium may be earned if all conditions are met.

Work schedule

This position is open to both full-time and part-time arrangements. Available shifts include mid-shift and closing.
