About the Role

This role focuses on partnering with site teams and experts to roll out standardized learning programs that enhance workforce readiness, operational performance, and compliance within the global manufacturing network. Key Responsibilities

• Perform learning needs assessments to pinpoint existing skill deficiencies and formulate strategies to boost workforce competency.
• Advise on the most effective internal and external learning methods and tools to foster workforce skill enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and training representatives to design, review, and implement training solutions.
• Create and update course materials applying sound instructional design principles.
• Provide and facilitate in-person or alternative training sessions aimed at empowering staff and building capabilities.
• Design specific learning programs targeting AI competencies to upskill employees for future demands.
• Manage content migration, curation, and user engagement within the learning experience platform.
• Develop and maintain on-the-job training curricula, learning items, and task-based certification checklists.
• Analyze training metrics, feedback, and data to evaluate and enhance program effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation to boost operational efficiency and support continuous improvement.
• Ensure all training activities comply with organizational standards, policies, and quality guidelines.
• Standardize business processes and documentation to maintain compliance.
• Create and update dashboards tracking Workforce Development KPIs, training compliance, and program performance across sites.
• Extract, analyze, visualize, and communicate data to stakeholders to monitor skill gaps and workforce readiness trends.
• Measure program ROI with structured data collection and reporting.
• Guarantee data accuracy across learning and HR platforms.
• Collaborate with global and local Workforce Development teams to share best practices and align initiatives.
• Partner with external entities to enhance technical and professional workforce capabilities.
• Support governance activities by monitoring milestones and aligning site teams to central standards.
• Assist in preparation for internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency in data extraction, analysis, and visualization utilizing SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with keen attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating effectively in team settings.
• Solid grounding in statistics and analytical reasoning.
