Job description
Role Overview
The Associate Service Consultant will engage directly with prospective clients to understand their insurance requirements, provide suitable plan recommendations, and foster lasting customer relationships to meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers using provided leads.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to assess insurance needs.
- Advise customers and suggest appropriate insurance products.
- Maintain and strengthen ongoing client relationships.
- Meet monthly sales targets and maximize earnings through performance-based incentives.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum education of 12th grade completion.
- Strong communication and persuasion capabilities.
- Basic proficiency in computer usage.
