Associate Product Manager

About the Role

Vivrelle is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our expanding Product team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about problem-solving, enhancing operational efficiency, and developing technology solutions that drive Vivrelle's growth.

Reporting directly to the Director of Product, you will help design and implement the product roadmap for key systems that support Vivrelle’s operations, including inventory management, logistics, customer experience, merchandising, authentication, and internal workflows. You will manage features from initial conception through to launch, collaborate closely with various teams, and assist with strategic projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product features: discovery, writing user stories, defining requirements, and coordinating their release.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Operations, Customer Experience, Merchandising, Logistics, and Engineering to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog by balancing business impact, user value, and development effort.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Design teams to develop, test, and launch product features.
• Define success metrics and own product analytics by creating dashboards, monitoring feature usage, and evaluating key performance indicators to guide roadmap decisions.
• Analyze user feedback, workflows, and product performance to uncover opportunities for automation, improvements, and new initiatives.
• Work with Engineering to efficiently identify, prioritize, and resolve product bugs or issues.
• Create and update product documentation, release notes, process flows, and internal training materials.
• Support strategic cross-functional initiatives led by the Director of Product.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance product discovery, documentation, data analysis, and daily product management tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Operations, Project Management, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to solve problems and inform product decisions.
• Proficiency in building reports and dashboards or experience with analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• A curious, detail-oriented, proactive learner excited to thrive in a fast-paced startup atmosphere.

Work Environment & Additional Information

This position is hybrid but primarily based in New York City, requiring onsite collaboration about four days per week initially.
