Position Overview

This role offers remote work across the U.S. (subject to legal entity constraints) and includes business-related travel domestically and internationally. The position involves partnership with a diverse multidisciplinary team to collect, organize, and prioritize agent experience product requirements from stakeholders, executing a roadmap utilizing advanced technology stacks to deliver scalable, top-tier services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the agent experience product, ensuring collaboration with business, product, design, and engineering leadership to maximize user satisfaction.
Serve as a communication bridge between product development teams and end users to ensure efficient delivery of agent experience solutions, translating insights into relevant product features.
Develop best-in-class, compliant agent experience solutions emphasizing accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date product requirements documentation to support Product/IT in building technical applications across various products, coordinating closely with business strategy and franchise teams.
Possess deep expertise of the patient services ecosystem, including Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, Co-pay programs, patient and practice authorizations, consent/opt-out procedures, and refill management solutions spanning all product archetypes.
Provide continuous updates on product status to key stakeholders including PSC, Franchise teams, IT, and vendors to sustain support and alignment.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; MBA or advanced quantitative degree (such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Social/Life Sciences) highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in product/data management and technology, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries.
At least 3 years of professional experience in patient services and reimbursement operations within pharmaceutical settings or reimbursement HUBs.
Comprehensive understanding of patient services technology and its landscape.
Preferred exposure to pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors, particularly working within regulated frameworks (HIPAA, FINRA, CCPA, etc.).
Proven ability to drive results within matrix-organizations and demonstrated initiative in a hands-on role.
Strong user-centered design knowledge including usability heuristics, interaction design patterns, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Ability to conduct and analyze user research methods, interpret findings, and apply design thinking methodologies effectively.
Experience facilitating workshops, brainstorming sessions, and influencing senior leadership teams.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an expected starting salary between $145,600 and $270,400 annually, subject to market and individual factors such as location, experience, and skills. The total compensation package may include sign-on bonuses, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, and comprehensive benefits including medical plans, 401(k) plans, and paid leaves such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave.
