Job Purpose

The role of Associate Brand Manager (ABM) provides an excellent opportunity to enhance marketing and management skills in a dynamic, fast-growing entrepreneurial environment by supporting brand strategies for Core Power and Nutrition Plan within the fairlife product portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee business and competitive analytics, prepare and lead performance reviews involving cross-departmental teams.
• Utilize syndicated data sources such as Nielsen and IRI along with research data to assess brand health, draw insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints including the website, social media, and retailer media.
• Manage projects by coordinating with multiple functions including R&D, supply chain, and operations to ensure effective implementation, including packaging commercialization.
• Handle brand financials by managing budgets, forecasting marketing expenditures, and ensuring timely payment of invoices.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in brand or product management is preferred.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial settings.
• Excellent verbal communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient analytical skills with a solid grasp of marketing principles.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite.
• Positive attitude with adaptability to changing priorities.

Additional Information

Position is located in Chicago, IL and reports to the Senior Brand Manager. Travel is minimal, under 10%. The role is classified as exempt. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually and may vary depending on location, relevant skills, and experience.
