Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager by overseeing daily store operations, ensuring commercial success and smooth running of the store.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate the retail team to exceed sales targets while embodying exemplary customer service standards.
• Manage stock control, enforce store procedures, and coordinate the team to optimise sales performance.
• Handle store security, schedule staffing rotas, and monitor sales performance metrics.
• Lead the store operations and trading activities during the Store Manager's absence.
• Maintain a strong presence on the retail floor, managing team activities and sales environment effectively.
• Gain thorough product knowledge through training to become an expert on our handcrafted luxury jewellery and foster team development.

• Experienced leader with a background in retail, preferably with recognized brands or consumer product industries.
• Track record of driving sales growth and profitability in retail settings.
• Committed to cultivating a customer service culture that exceeds expectations.
