Job Overview

Itsy Bitsy is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager with a minimum of three years of experience in store management to join their Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage overall store operations ensuring smooth functioning.
• Lead and supervise the store team to ensure efficient performance and harmonious teamwork.
• Handle petty cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Manage inventory effectively to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive store productivity.
• Manage billing processes ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Working Conditions

• Working hours are from 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
• Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.
• Employees are allowed one day off from Monday to Friday as their weekly off.
