Role Overview
The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for building and leading a team of advisors to promote and sell company products effectively in the market. This role demands team recruitment, training, motivation, and direct involvement in sales management to achieve business goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit and select a team of sales advisors.
- Provide training and continuously motivate the team for enhanced performance.
- Guide and direct the team in effectively marketing and selling products.
- Drive sales growth through the advisors.
- Manage and handle the team's day-to-day operations and performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold any graduate degree with strong communication skills.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance sales.
- Applicant should be a local resident.
- Age should be between 22 and 42 years.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Fresher candidates are not eligible.
