Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Restaurant Manager to work full-time, based onsite. This role focuses on delivering outstanding dining experiences for guests while supporting the restaurant’s daily operations. Responsibilities include team coordination, inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring quality standards are maintained.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in fine dining and expertise in wine service
• Prior supervisory experience in food and beverage management at boutique lodges or luxury 5-star establishments, especially handling VIP guest needs
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• A heartfelt passion for guest service with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Hospitality Management systems
• Excellent personal grooming and presentation
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and guests

Compensation and Benefits

This is a permanent salaried position working 45 hours weekly over five days, offering an annual salary between $70,000 and $72,000, negotiable based on experience. Work performed on any additional days beyond the standard five-day workweek accrues time in lieu at the corresponding hourly rate.
