Role Overview

The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition, plays a crucial supporting role to two Talent Acquisition Managers across North America within LVMH Beauty. This position emphasizes talent sourcing, candidate pipeline development, recruitment coordination, and maintaining administrative excellence for both corporate and retail/field positions. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, demonstrating strong organization, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedication to a superior candidate experience.

Key Duties

• Proactively build and maintain talent pools for various roles using multiple sourcing platforms including LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters, and LVMH Talent.
• Engage passive candidates through initial outreach and present qualified profiles to managers for consideration.
• Partner with university relations to support early-career recruitment efforts.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities alongside two Talent Acquisition Managers, including scheduling interviews and managing communications.
• Manage job postings on relevant platforms while ensuring accuracy and currency.
• Collect and organize interview feedback and assist in scheduling debriefs.
• Prepare offer letters and assist in verifying compensation within budget limits.
• Act as a primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring timely and positive engagement aligned with LVMH employer branding.
• Work with HR and hiring teams to guarantee a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain accurate data across ATS systems and trackers; monitor and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
• Support quarterly and annual reporting and assist with survey data collection, complying with legal and internal policies.
• Foster collaboration with Maison HR teams and represent LVMH Beauty at external events, career fairs, and university engagements.
• Assist with tracking internal mobility in partnership with TA Managers and HR Generalists.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably covering both corporate and retail/field roles.
• Proficient in high-volume sourcing and recruitment coordination.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, especially SmartRecruiters, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Outstanding organizational capabilities to juggle multiple priorities across different managers.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Detail-focused, with strong commitment to data accuracy and adherence to processes.
• Collaborative team player who is proactive and capable of supporting within a complex and fast-moving environment.
• Experience in luxury, beauty, or retail sectors is advantageous.
