Role Overview

The Assistant Manager - Restaurant is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of the restaurant's operations. This includes driving exceptional customer service, upholding company standards, and ensuring staff are well-equipped to achieve sales goals. The role requires taking full responsibility for store performance in the absence of the Store Manager and actively promoting customer loyalty initiatives.

• Communicate staff and product-related feedback to higher management as needed.
• Maintain awareness of fashion trends and product updates to minimize stock loss and better serve customer needs.
• Assist in enforcing brand guidelines and operational procedures across all staff members.
• Conduct regular store audits to promptly address administrative or operational concerns.
• Manage daily schedules, absences, and staff issues, ensuring effective workforce management.
• Maintain visual merchandising to adhere to company standards at all times.
• Remain alert to store security and loss prevention practices.
• Stay informed about brands across the group to enhance suggestive sales capabilities.
