  • Support tax-related duties such as BAS, FBT, income tax assistance, and preparation of tax journals.
  • Aid internal and external audit processes, support SOX control adherence, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance department.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess over two years of experience in financial accounting or financial reporting, preferably in environments with high transaction volumes.
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Currently progressing towards a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) designation, with CA candidates having completed at least half of their exams.
  • Experienced in using ERP systems, ideally SAP, and proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrate sound understanding of financial reporting standards, fixed asset management, lease accounting, and taxation principles.
  • Exhibit strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities, thriving in cross-team collaborations.
  • Show a proactive approach, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to enhancing finance processes continuously.

Workplace Culture and Benefits

  • Exceptional career growth prospects within a driven and supportive team environment.
  • Be a part of the world's leading music enterprise.
  • Enjoy exclusive music industry perks, including access to live music events.
  • Receive two annual 'U-Days' holidays to use as desired.
  • Opportunities for strengths-based learning and professional development.
  • Additional benefits and a vibrant workplace culture encouraging authenticity, creativity, and collaboration.
