Role Overview

The Art Director will be responsible for crafting visually engaging and strategically purposeful creative content tailored to market access audiences in healthcare and life sciences. This role entails close collaboration with copywriters, medical writers, strategists, and senior creatives to interpret complex scientific and payer-focused data into approachable, visually compelling presentations and materials. The Art Director will contribute throughout all project stages, ensuring precision, brand integrity, and high production standards while balancing multiple projects within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create concept-driven visual campaigns, presentations, and multi-channel deliverables specifically aimed at market access segments, collaborating with writers and senior creative colleagues.
• Design print and digital media using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint, emphasizing strong typography, layouts, and brand compliance.
• Convert clinical data, scientific literature, and other technical content into clear, understandable visuals including infographics, charts, and data visualizations suited for payer and healthcare stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally with strategists, medical experts, and account teams to ensure that creative solutions meet client goals and deadlines.
• Communicate creative concepts effectively, manage revisions, ensure timely delivery, and uphold quality standards throughout production.
• Report directly to the Art Supervisor, collaborating for creative guidance, project management, feedback, and career development to secure quality aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• A portfolio exhibiting strong conceptual design, typography, and layout capabilities across print and digital mediums, including academic or professional projects.
• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite and a history of delivering completed materials such as presentations or campaigns.
• A minimum of two years of professional or internship experience in advertising agencies, design studios, or comparable environments involving end-to-end project contribution.
• Capability to present and rationalize design choices to teams and stakeholders, supported by examples.
• Demonstrated skills in managing multiple assignments efficiently while preserving accuracy and adhering to brand and production criteria.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to integrate AI tools as a routine component of work processes.
• Preferred skills include proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Figma, along with experience in pharmaceutical or market access-related projects.

Additional Information

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60000 to 70000 annually, with the actual offer reflecting factors such as location, individual skills, education, and prior experience.
