Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to enhance sales activities in Mumbai and surrounding areas including Navi Mumbai and Thane. The role demands focusing on dermatology and aesthetic medicine products, fostering strong professional relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand sales and market share within assigned territories by building rapport with dermatologists and aesthetic physicians.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and performance monitoring for a team of Medical Representatives.
• Achieve defined sales targets and grow the network of prescribing doctors.
• Organize and participate in joint field visits, scientific product presentations, continuing medical education events, and other doctor engagement activities.
• Maintain distributor relations to ensure product availability and achieve sales goals.
• Monitor competitor actions and compile detailed sales and market performance reports regularly.
