Area Manager (L4)

We are hiring Inbound Area Managers to join our Fulfillment Centers (FCs), where we process and distribute millions of products annually to customers worldwide.

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze work forecasts and set productivity goals for your team to align with overall operational objectives for the facility.
• Collaborate with fellow Area Managers to ensure balanced labor deployment, maintaining an efficient shift while achieving departmental targets.
• Implement and support all safety initiatives, including OSHA compliance, fostering a secure working environment for all team members.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements, spearheading continuous improvement efforts utilizing Lean methodologies and tools.
• Oversee direct management of employees, guiding their performance and development.
• Leverage experience in performance metrics and process improvements to optimize operations effectively.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• More than two years of experience involving performance metrics, process improvements, or Lean technique applications.
