Overview
This contract role involves preparing detailed architectural and engineering documentation remotely, focusing on CAD drafting and construction documentation to support project executions.
Responsibilities
- Produce comprehensive floor plans and elevation drawings tailored to project criteria.
- Create detailed CAD drawings for architectural and engineering use.
- Apply accurate Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) annotations required for manufacturing documents.
- Develop multi-sheet electrical schematic diagrams adhering to industry requirements.
- Design and assess PCB layouts, ensuring manufacturability and proper functionality are met.
- Engage in collaborative exchanges to clarify technical details and resolve queries.
- Compile thorough documentation packages aligned with project deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
- Expertise with standard 2D/3D CAD software and PCB layout design tools.
- Demonstrated skill in generating and interpreting GD&T symbols and complex schematics.
- Experience creating multi-sheet electrical schematics and integrating PCB designs in building projects.
- Exceptional accuracy and organizational aptitude for handling complex document sets.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience working remotely with interdisciplinary teams is favorable.
