Application Support Engineer with DevOps Expertise

Position Summary

We are seeking Application Production Support Engineers with strong DevOps skills for our Chennai location. Candidates should have between 5 to 7 years of relevant experience and be able to join immediately or within 30 days. This role strictly requires experience in application production support; infrastructure, server, or desktop support candidates will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Provide production support for software applications, including incident resolution and monitoring to ensure application availability.
• Manage and operate Linux-based environments.
• Work with scheduling tools such as Control-M, Autosys, TWS, or Cron to automate job execution.
• Maintain and operate Jenkins pipelines to facilitate CI/CD processes.
• Deploy and manage container orchestration using Kubernetes.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Windows Server environments.
• Understanding and working knowledge of SQL databases including Oracle, MS SQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker.
