Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply diagnostic expertise to identify and resolve issues across the Northwestern Medicine HealthCare distributed system environment.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical systems availability.
  • Assist in maintaining detailed technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
