About the Role

Join Super as an Antifraud, Payments & Risk Analyst where you'll be a key player in overseeing the evaluation and timely management of payment requests affecting customer accounts. This position bridges the areas of payment processing, fraud detection, and risk oversight to uphold company policies and enhance secure payment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transaction flows including deposits, withdrawals, and refunds across diverse payment methods and geographic markets.
• Monitor transaction performance metrics to identify operational issues and ensure seamless payment processing.
• Investigate and address payment anomalies such as delays and missing transactions while evaluating payment service provider performance.
• Conduct reconciliations among platform data, payment service providers, and banking records to verify correctness and settle discrepancies.
• Manage processes related to chargebacks and disputes, ensuring thorough tracking and recording.
• Work collaboratively with departments including Finance, Risk, Customer Support, and Product teams alongside external payment providers.
• Serve as a primary contact for payment-related incidents to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
• Support antifraud initiatives and contribute to continuous process optimization efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience or demonstrated interest in payment operations, reconciliation, or fraud and risk management is advantageous.
