Role Summary
This position is for an AI/ML Engineer working remotely, enabling contributions from any location worldwide. It is a full-time opportunity with an annual compensation ranging from $160,000 to $300,000. The role centers on conceiving, building, and implementing machine learning models that significantly influence business success, involving partnerships with various departments to embed AI solutions into production environments.
Key Duties
- Create and refine scalable machine learning and AI models applicable in practical scenarios.
- Develop and sustain ML workflows, covering stages such as data preparation, feature extraction, and model development.
- Work alongside software development teams to deploy models reliably and at scale within production.
- Perform extensive evaluation and testing to certify model precision and effectiveness.
- Keep up-to-date with the ongoing advancements in AI/ML research and leverage these insights to enhance current solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in Python programming coupled with experience using AI/ML libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of a range of machine learning algorithms, including both supervised and unsupervised methods.
- Proficient in data manipulation and analytics tools such as SQL, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Experience deploying and managing machine learning models on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledgeable in software development best practices, including the use of Git version control and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment processes.
