About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial and industrial customers through strong, trusted partnerships.
  • Look for opportunities to deepen customer relationships with tailored energy solutions and related products or services.
  • Run regular customer reviews to stay aligned with changing business needs and deliver solutions that produce lasting value.
  • Assist with new business opportunities and RFP responses, partnering with internal teams to win new customers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Keep CRM records accurate, including customer details, sales activity and forecasts, while supporting ongoing team improvements.

Work Location and Travel

This position can be based in either Auckland or Hamilton. Regional travel will be required as needed to maintain customer relationships and support commercial outcomes.

  • Commercial awareness with the ability to recognise growth opportunities.
  • Good organisation, strong attention to detail, and practical CRM experience.
  • A full New Zealand driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly across the region.
  • Experience in the energy sector would be an advantage, though it is not required.
