About the Role

Action DnA, an established training organization with 18 years in the industry, specializing in Personality Development, Communication, Public Speaking, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship training for diverse clients including individuals, corporates, colleges, and factories, is seeking an Academic Counsellor and Soft Skills Trainer to join their Tambaram centre in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing appointments for potential clients and coordinating with the sales team for subsequent follow-ups related to sales and collections.
• Conducting counselling sessions for walk-in prospects at the centre, providing guidance and information about training programs.
• Undergoing training to become a proficient Soft Skills and Communication Skills Trainer, and for experienced candidates, handling training responsibilities.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants should possess a minimum qualification of any graduate degree, engineering degree, or MBA.
• Suitable for freshers or experienced individuals engaged in soft skills training, English teaching, counselling, and customer interaction.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Tamil are essential.
• The role is office-based and requires dedication and willingness to work diligently.

Compensation

The salary range is from Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month, complemented by additional perks.
