About the Internship
Codingal Education Private Limited, a leader in online coding and AI education for children and teens, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join its expanding team. This role supports full-cycle recruitment for a variety of non-technical roles across departments such as Customer Service, Student Operations, Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Internship placements.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, negotiating offers, and closing hires across multiple functions simultaneously.
- Meet monthly hiring targets, generally around 3-4 hires per recruiter each month.
- Adapt to shifting recruitment priorities by filling roles as per the immediate needs, including challenging positions like US-shift Customer Service roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers across Sales, Operations, and Growth teams ensuring timely updates and maintaining clear communication with leadership.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate pipelines using the Applicant Tracking System (Dover).
- Source candidates through various channels such as agencies, job boards, referrals, and campus drives to ensure a continuous influx of qualified applicants.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with strong generalist capabilities welcomed.
- Experience in recruiting for multiple functions or a clear enthusiasm for learning diverse hiring areas.
- Ability to handle multiple open requisitions concurrently, working efficiently to achieve monthly recruitment goals.
- Prior experience in Ed-tech or high-volume B2C/inside sales recruitment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills combined with strong stakeholder management to keep all parties informed proactively.
- Organized with proficiency in ATS platforms; familiarity with Dover is a plus.
- Demonstrate commitment to growth and stability within recruitment roles.
Additional Information
- Stipend comprises a fixed monthly pay between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000 plus an incentive ranging from ₹1,000 to ₹4,000 per month.
- Opportunity for a job offer upon successful internship completion, with expected annual salary between ₹400,000 and ₹450,000.
