About the Internship
Join Tutedude, an innovative startup founded by IIT Delhi alumni dedicated to personalizing online learning across diverse skills such as coding, entrepreneurship, singing, and cinematography. This part-time sales internship allows you to work remotely while engaging in crucial sales activities that connect potential customers to personalized learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming sales inquiries through multiple channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects and nurture existing leads with regular follow-ups.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Communicate product features, pricing details, ongoing offers, and advantages effectively to potential clients.
- Build trust and manage objections to successfully convert leads into paying customers.
- Maintain consistent contact with prospects to maximize sales results.
- Keep accurate documentation of leads, client interactions, and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Screen leads and focus on high-potential sales opportunities.
- Work diligently to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives through strategic lead management.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding experiences.
- Stay well-informed about the company’s offerings and promotions to enhance sales pitches.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales progress and pipeline status.
- Learn and implement effective sales strategies, including negotiation and handling objections, to contribute to overall revenue growth.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a remote internship role.
- Should be able to commence between July 9, 2026, and August 13, 2026.
- Availability for the entire three-month internship duration is required.
- Interest and relevant skills in sales and communication are essential.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to 7,000.
