About the Internship

This internship offers exposure to fundamental HR operations within a cutting-edge entertainment startup focused on AI-driven digital content. The selected intern will actively participate in various recruitment and administrative tasks critical to the human resources function.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out initial resume screenings and conduct phone interviews to evaluate applicants' qualifications, enthusiasm, and alignment with job roles.
• Manage scheduling and coordination of interviews between candidates and hiring managers, handling calendars and logistics efficiently.
• Communicate professionally and regularly with applicants, ensuring transparent updates and aiding in managing their expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Perform timely follow-ups with candidates, interviewers, and hiring personnel to maintain smooth recruitment flow and collect necessary feedback.
• Support HR and recruiting teams with administrative duties, including upkeep of candidate tracking systems and preparation of recruitment-related reports.

• Availability to begin work between July 22, 2026, and August 26, 2026.
• Commitment to the full 2-month duration of the internship.

• Stipend offered: ₹10,000 per month.
