About the Internship

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment by creating and posting job advertisements, screening applications, and organizing interviews.
- Support onboarding by preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation, and helping coordinate training sessions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies and regulatory standards.
- Participate in employee relations activities such as facilitating surveys and organizing team-building events.
- Collaborate on various HR projects aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Assist with administration of employee benefits, including enrollment procedures and handling inquiries.
- Perform additional HR duties to support departmental operations as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be able to work remotely from home.
- Available to commence the internship between 28th July 2026 and 1st September 2026.
- Committed to completing the full 3-month duration of the internship.
- Possess relevant skills and interests related to the role.
- Encouragement for women who wish to begin or resume their career.
Skills and Competencies
Proficiency with MS Office tools including Word and Excel, alongside strong spoken and written English communication skills, is expected.
