Internship Overview
We are searching for a dedicated Business Development Intern with enthusiasm to understand how agencies attract, pitch, and manage clients, directly supporting business expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across diverse sectors.
- Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and online research.
- Develop and maintain a prospect database through CRM or Google Sheets.
- Communicate with decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls.
- Arrange meetings and presentations for the business development team.
- Create tailored proposals, pitch decks, and presentations showcasing capabilities.
- Maintain ongoing client relationships by following up with prospects.
- Perform competitor and market research to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand and meet client needs.
- Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences when required.
- Keep weekly records on leads, meetings, conversions, and sales pipeline progress.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Should be able to commence the internship between July 11, 2026, and August 15, 2026.
- Availability for the entire six-month internship period is required.
- Should possess relevant skills and demonstrate interest in the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Confidence in client interactions and idea presentations.
- Analytical mindset with strong research capabilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation software.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and branding is advantageous.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn within a fast-paced agency environment.
Additional Desirable Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva or PowerPoint.
- Understanding of AI-based tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Interest in advertising, content generation, branding, or media production.
Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to INR 10,000. Benefits include flexible working hours, a five-day workweek, an informal dress code, certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, and a potential job offer upon successful internship completion.
Additional Information
Upon securing a permanent employee position post-internship, the expected salary ranges between INR 200,000 to INR 250,000 annually.
