We are an organization of Skillful professionals offering Architectural planning, design and supervisory services with great quality, for more than 35 years, in the field of Architecture and construction. We have designed numerous projects in residential, commercial and institutional categories, with our building footprint over 20 million sq.ft spaces. Though based out of Chennai, we have executed various projects in other cities of Tamil Nadu & as well as in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. Our philosophy is to value each client’s dream and give special & personal attention with a keen focus, right from the briefing till the project’s implementation. Our Founder & Chief Architect of the organization, Ar. C SUBBA RAO has been a practicing architect for more than 35 years. Graduated in 1980 from the College of Fine arts and Architecture (JNTU), Hyderabad, he started this firm in the year 1985. His initial five year stint was with the eminent Ar. P S Govinda Rao, Chennai. Since then we have delivered diverse projects for a wide range of builders & for individual clients too. We have the expertise to deliver large projects and as well have the personal involvement to do smaller ones. Also we always keep our team abreast of the latest advancements in architecture and construction and also in computer aided planning, design and visualization. We also undertake interior design projects upon our client’s request.
