Role Overview

The Workshop Supervisor position is a full-time, on-site role located in Sharjah Emirate, UAE. The supervisor will manage the daily operations of the workshop, including planning and allocating service tasks to technicians, monitoring workflow progression, and ensuring the prompt execution of scheduled maintenance, mechanical repairs, and electrical diagnostics. The role involves overseeing work orders, verifying the quality of completed jobs, enforcing safety practices, and complying with operational protocols. Additionally, the supervisor will engage with customers to clarify service requirements, provide regular status updates, and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong supervisory capabilities including team management, task delegation, and employee performance oversight.
• Practical expertise in automotive maintenance and repair, with a thorough understanding of mechanical and electrical systems across various vehicle brands.
• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in workshop settings within the GCC region, along with a valid UAE driving license.
• Possession of a technical diploma or certification in automotive technology or a related discipline is preferred.
