Job description
Role Overview
As a robot remote operator working student, you will be responsible for overseeing and troubleshooting robotic systems from a distance, promptly addressing any technical issues encountered. Communication plays a key role both within the team and with clients to maintain seamless operation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the status and performance of robotic systems remotely, identifying and resolving problems as they occur.
- Maintain effective communication channels internally and externally to support operational efficiency.
- Analyze error and performance patterns to assist in enhancing the overall robot fleet.
- Work closely with engineering teams to provide constructive feedback for process improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in studies related to robotics, computer science, mechatronics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar disciplines.
- Familiarity with robotic systems is essential; experience with Robot Operating System (ROS) is particularly valued.
- Proficiency in English is required; good command of German is advantageous.
- Since much of the work takes place on-site, living in or near Munich is preferred.
