About Telling Studio GmbH
Telling Studio is an emerging boutique UX studio dedicated to transforming the mobility sector. Our mission centers on fostering accessible and effective mobility solutions through deep understanding of user motivations and market rules. We provide services spanning UX research, concept ideation, design, design operations, and strategic planning across both digital and physical products. Our design philosophy prioritizes people, leveraging evolving technology to achieve sustainable and impactful product designs.
Role Overview
We are inviting applications from candidates who can contribute to the design and research efforts bridging digital and physical product experiences. The role involves end-to-end research operations including recruiting participants, planning, executing, documenting, analyzing, and synthesizing qualitative research findings. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other designers and help innovate research methodologies and quality procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in interaction design, industrial design, or a related discipline.
- Some hands-on experience in UX design through internships or freelance engagements.
- Possess good technical insight and enjoy tackling challenges at the confluence of product, service, and user interaction.
- Familiarity with research platforms such as Dovetail or equivalents.
- Understanding of exploratory research and Jobs-to-Be-Done theory.
- Basic proficiency with UX design software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in both German and English languages.
- Organized and self-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Open to contributing well-reasoned perspectives and eager to learn collaboratively.
