Job Overview

Key Duties

• Carry out all necessary tasks to serve food and drinks following the hotel's performance standards.
• Welcome and seat guests, serving them with professionalism and personalized attention.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the outlet's food and beverage menu to assist and advise guests effectively.
• Continuously oversee the quality of foods and beverages served.
• Maintain excellent customer relations by appropriately addressing complaints and inquiries.
• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards within the outlet and take care of all service equipment.
• Prepare the service area before, during, and after shifts, including mis-en-place and mis-en-scene tasks.
• Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
• Employ up-selling methods proactively to enhance guest satisfaction and boost revenue.

Qualifications & Skills

Applicants should hold a diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage, with prior experience as a waiter or waitress in a busy restaurant setting. Fluency in English along with strong guest service and interpersonal abilities is essential.
