About the Role

The position of Steward at The Regenza by Tunga involves managing guest orders and serving food and beverages promptly and courteously. The Steward will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas, ensuring tables are set up and cleared according to restaurant protocols, and coordinating efficiently with the kitchen and restaurant staff to deliver timely service.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Set up dining tables and clear them following the established restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and its service zones.
• Work in coordination with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Respond attentively to guest needs and provide courteous service.
• Keep service equipment and table arrangements aligned with restaurant policies.
