பணி விளக்கம்
Role overview
A property management platform is hiring a VP of Platform Operations to design, launch, and oversee the common operating structure that supports the business as it expands. This is a senior hands-on role for an operator who can turn broad, uncertain priorities into clear workstreams and keep teams aligned on execution.
The position is suited to someone who is commercially minded, comfortable in acquisition-led environments, and capable of working across back-office and field teams. The mandate spans operations, IT, systems, and shared services, with an emphasis on building scalable processes, improving accountability, and driving measurable outcomes.
This is also a strong growth opportunity: the company is offering a path toward COO as the platform scales, and is looking for someone who can build the systems and then stay to run them.
Location
New York City, Atlanta, or remote. For remote work, Eastern Time or Central Time overlap is preferred.
Compensation
Expected compensation is flexible, with an estimated range of about $200,000 to $250,000 plus equity.
What you will own
- Turn ambiguous, high-level business priorities into structured execution plans.
- Create alignment and accountability across back-office functions, operational teams, and field staff.
- Lead operating rhythm across functions such as operations, IT, systems, and shared services.
- Support post-acquisition integration work, including organization design, people decisions, systems, process rollout, and implementation.
- Help consolidate teams, workflows, vendors, systems, and geographies into a more scalable model.
- Evaluate and implement systems with enough technical understanding to drive decisions directly.
- Document playbooks, decision logs, metrics, and recurring operating cadences as the company grows.
Candidate profile
- 12 to 18+ years of operating experience, ideally within PE-backed, founder-led, acquisitive, or multi-site services businesses.
- Experience managing several back-office functions or leaders across accounting, HR, IT, systems, shared services, or business operations.
- Hands-on background in post-deal integration and scaling operating models.
- Strong ability to influence both corporate and field teams, including challenging leadership constructively when needed.
- A history of making difficult decisions in messy, complex environments and then helping run the business that results.
- Clear, disciplined written communication skills and comfort building formal operating materials.
Additional information
The role is intended for a high-impact builder-operator rather than a narrow integration specialist. The company wants someone who can operate at scale, drive efficiency across the organization, and help shape the next phase of growth.
Advanced leadership responsibility and a direct path toward COO are part of the opportunity.
