Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time US Staffing Recruiter based in Visakhapatnam to join our onsite team. The role involves working US shifts and requires 1 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit technical professionals to fulfill consulting roles for clients.
• Analyze current client requirements to source and match suitable candidates.
• Utilize various online platforms and social networking sites to locate potential candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' suitability and technical capabilities.
• Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and nurture relationships with contractors and vendors.
• Engage in daily team meetings with management, peers, and account managers to monitor active job requirements and manage candidate closures effectively.
• Source candidates from job portals such as Dice, CareerBuilder, and Yahoo Hot Jobs, and create job postings on these platforms.
• Manage recruitment for both contract and permanent positions.
• Possess strong knowledge of US employment terms including W2, C2C, 1099, and various US visa categories.
• Experience working under W2 tax mandates is essential.
• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based jobs across diverse IT technologies.
• Work directly with clients to fulfill hiring needs.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
