Role Overview
Join L25 Group as a UI/UX Designer to transform complex, regulated software into intuitive and accessible tools. Our products serve users performing critical tasks in demanding environments, where exceptional design ensures usability rather than obstruction.
Key Responsibilities
You will take full ownership of designing real-world products from start to finish — including user research, workflow design, and crafting detailed, high-quality interfaces. Collaboration with Product Managers and engineers working with React is integral. Accessibility and clarity are prioritized as default principles rather than post-development considerations.
Preferred Experience and Skills
We seek candidates with strong UX decision-making skills and a keen visual design sense. Familiarity with the GOV.UK Design System and Government Digital Service (GDS) guidelines is highly desirable due to our work within the public sector.
