Our mission is to transform the future of work.
Role Overview
As a Training Team Lead at Tana, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of both technical and non-technical educational programs designed to equip professionals for success in international roles with our partner companies. Acting as a hands-on leader, you will translate training strategies into practical outcomes by designing and delivering high-quality learning sessions, guiding junior trainers, and overseeing program progression while remaining actively engaged in day-to-day activities.

- Conduct live, blended, and self-paced training sessions that are interactive, adapting material to meet diverse learner needs and emphasizing practical, learner-centered approaches.
- Assess individual and team learning gaps through evaluations, feedback from stakeholders, and client needs, then offer personalized coaching and customized upskilling plans to boost learner readiness for the workplace.
- Coordinate and execute training programs effectively, managing schedules, stakeholders, and resources, while consistently seeking opportunities to refine processes and elevate program quality.
- Lead and mentor junior trainers by defining expectations, delegating tasks, providing constructive feedback, and managing team priorities and performance efficiently.
- Promote AI literacy among trainers and learners, integrate ethical AI use in all training activities, and employ AI tools and automation to enhance learning outcomes and job readiness.
Essential Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in technical training, learning and development, instructional design, technical education, coaching, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging live, hybrid, or asynchronous training, with strong facilitation skills and clarity in presenting both technical and non-technical concepts.
- Hands-on experience managing training projects from inception through to completion, including prioritizing tasks, adherence to timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Background in coaching or mentoring trainers, facilitators, or learners effectively.
- Adaptable and proactive professional with a passion for working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across various teams.
Preferred Skills
- Leadership experience managing a team.
- Broad technical knowledge or experience providing training across several technical fields, supported by professional experience or a STEM-related qualification.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, Confluence, and AI-based applications.
- Experience scaling up training programs across multiple groups or delivery models.
