Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position based in Vijayawada involves coordinating and organizing training sessions in collaboration with colleges and placement officers. The Training Coordinator will manage scheduling, ensure effective training delivery, maintain comprehensive documentation, and communicate with stakeholders to evaluate training impact. The role requires empathy and alignment with social sector goals.

Requirements

• Prior experience in training coordination, employee training, or related areas.
• Strong skills in training and development practices.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Background or experience in the social sector is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human resources, education, or a related discipline.

Additional Information

Candidates should be willing to travel extensively within the state as required for the role.

Compensation and Location

The salary range for this position is between 25,000 and 35,000 INR per month. The job is located in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
