Trainer Internship

Opportunity Overview

Dr. Reddy's Foundation is recruiting fresh graduates for a Trainer Internship focused on training roles. The program aims to provide quality training through a structured 30-day Train the Trainer (ToT) initiative that prepares candidates for deployment as trainers.

Program Details

• Location: Hyderabad, chosen for the presence of experienced master trainers and lower operational costs than other regions.
• Duration: One full month, full-time, non-residential ToT program.
• Stipend: Rs.18,000 per month payable during the training period to ensure participant commitment.

Curriculum and Training

• The curriculum covers DRF’s content delivery methods, classroom management, soft skills development, and assessment techniques.
• Throughout the month, trainees will undertake assignments, participate in micro-teaching sessions, and receive constructive feedback.
• Participants must complete at least 10 relevant Skillfy courses to demonstrate learning agility during this period.

Assessment and Certification

• Trainees are evaluated through DRF’s L&D certification tests, classroom observation benchmarks, and readiness to teach assessments.
• Only those who meet certification standards will progress; others will not be placed outside the organization.

Deployment

Certified trainees will be deployed as trainers across GROW Youth Centres based on organizational requirements within India.
