Role Summary

This full-time, on-site Trainer–English position involves delivering English language training to teachers and learners connected with Next Education’s partner schools. The role centers on conducting interactive sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations that are aligned with the company’s English curriculum and digital learning tools, while supporting successful classroom adoption.

Key Responsibilities

The trainer will plan session content, prepare or modify learning materials, and provide continuous guidance to teachers so they can improve classroom instruction and student outcomes. The role also includes coordinating with school leadership and internal teams, keeping training documentation up to date, evaluating training impact, and suggesting improvements in teaching methods and content usage. Regular travel within the region may be required for in-person sessions, along with close coordination with academic, product, and implementation teams.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have strong command of English, with clear spoken and written communication suited to K–12 teachers and students. Prior exposure to classroom teaching, teacher training, or academic mentoring is preferred, especially in English language or literature at school level. The position calls for the ability to create and deliver engaging training programs using varied instructional methods, along with comfort using education technology such as digital content platforms, LMS tools, and presentation software. A bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related area is expected, and a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification will be considered an advantage.
